We started BREA because we saw a need in the beverage industry for real estate solutions that are practical, smart, and tailored to the unique challenges of wholesalers and bottlers. Jack: The Real Estate & Architecture Pro
Jack brings over 50 years of experience in real estate and architecture, including 30+ years in the beverage industry. He’s led major projects like turn-key build-to-suit solutions for Anheuser-Busch and wholesale distribution centers totaling 650,000 square feet across four states. Jack works with clients on everything from site selection to new facilities, renovations and incentive consulting, always staying ahead of the latest trends in automation, material handling, energy efficiency, and technology.
Patrick: The Beverage Facility Expert
Patrick has 25+ years of experience turning beverage facility visions into reality. He’s helped over 200 wholesalers create spaces that are both beautiful and functional. A recognized thought leader, Patrick keeps his finger on the pulse of industry trends through conferences and publications, and as a licensed real estate agent and member of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and NBWA, he combines design expertise with real estate know-how to help clients make smart, informed decisions.
